Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the package delivery date. Items postmarked over 30 days may be returned at our discretion. All items must be returned new and unused in their original condition, including the manufactures packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Under no circumstances will merchandise over 90 days from the original shipping date be eligible for return.
All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with a return either by phone at (514) 331-4543 or by email at
sales@trilux.ca. You will be provided with return instructions along with a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. All return shipping fees must be prepaid by the customer and therefore FOB Trilux St. Laurent, Quebec. All shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
All goods will be inspected in a timely fashion to assure they are new and in original condition. If items comply, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We can refuse a return if any of the above conditions have not been met. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied prior to issuing a credit on returned goods.
