About Us
After having acquired a vast array of product and customer service knowledge working 6 years in the Industrial Division of Johnson Wax (3 years as Regional Manager for Eastern Canada), and 4 years in the Commercial, Food Service and Office Products Division of Rubbermaid Canada, Gino Di Paolo incorporated Trilux in 1993 as a wholesale distributor for janitorial and food service supplies. At that time, Trilux occupied 6000 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space. His spouse Brenda provided secretarial and bookkeeping services.
Three years later, in 1996, Gino added a complete line of commercial cleaning equipment which required him to substantially increase his office and warehouse square footage.
Over the next 4 years Trilux continued to prosper and, in the year 2000, son Barry joined the business. With a DEC in electro mechanics he successfully launched Trilux’s fast and reliable parts and repair service department. Also in the millennium, in an added effort to provide a variety of new products to our valued customers, Trilux diversified by introducing a high-end auto/marine aesthetics line.
In 2002 Trilux began importing container shipments for high volume products, thus, warehouse space was increased once again. The year 2004 brought son Tristan into the business. Heading up our marketing division with a degree in Business Administration he has brought Trilux to the next level as an online information repertoire and store front.
Daughter-in-law Shannon joined the ranks in 2005 to take over invoicing and accounts receivable duties. During the summer months, granddaughter Kassendra helps out by refreshing our showroom and office space.
As you can see, Trilux is truly a family business with family values dedicated to serving its customers efficiently, rapidly, and respectfully. We are located at 1360 Begin in St. Laurent, Quebec, servicing Eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime Provinces. We offer 32 exceptional product lines.
We give special thanks to our loyal employees who have helped Trilux’s vision become a reality.
